CDPD’S MISSION

CDPD’s mission is to increase marginalized and BIPOC groups’ access to employment opportunities and representation in the workplace, by providing our members with free training, mentorship, and other resources. CDPD was created in response to record unemployment and underemployment rates stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.
